1.firstly fill 46# or 68# Anti wear hydraulic oil into lubricating oil pump.
2.Connect lubricating oil pump to main agglomerator
3.Connect lubricating oil pump to electric control cabinet
4.Before starting agglomerator, we must start lubricating oil pumpwhen we observe the lubricating oil coming out from loop tube, then we can start agglomeratorotherwise the bearing of agglomerator will be damaged.
5.connet main motor to electrical control cabinetBefore lubricating oil pump work,forbidden to start agglomeratorobserve the direction of motor,should be same with instruction direction.
6.prepare air compressor.
7.connect cycling cooling water.you can find the connect hole from the agglomerator.
8.every time 15-20kg material, too little, the friction is low ,can not heat.if too much, the motor can not rotate
9.firstly should run machine without any material for observing for 20 minutes.
10.must add material little by little.
11.the rated loading current is 177A,if over 160A,must stop adding material,when the matrial is loosing ,then continue to add.
12.every day before working,should check the blade,the blade can not touch barrel,the blade must be sharpen,otherwise we need sharpen it.
13.we already adjust the distance between fixed blade and rotating blade,the range is 2.5-5mm,use the back-up plate(0.5mm or 1mm) to adjust,but usually no need do this work ,already set it ready in factory.
14.after the new machine run several hours,we must check the belt is loose or not,if loose, we need tight it.But the belt can not too tight,if too tight,will damage main shaft,The suitable standard:when we press the belt,there 2-3cm free distance.
15.check blade screw, of couse all screw, see whether it is loose.16.When the material block form, begin to add some water,when the water steam disappear,discharege the material.
